Adam's background is in chemical engineering having been a chartered member of the IChemE since 2011.
After graduating with a 1st class masters degree from UMIST he worked for many years as a process engineer across a range of process industries before becoming an independent contractor in 2011, establishing HPS. From there he developed into project and programme management whilst maintaining a heavy bias toward process engineering.
Outside of work Adam enjoys most sports and spending time with family and friends.
Mike has over 20 years experience working as a Chemical Engineer, designing and commissioning process systems across the UK and Europe.
He has worked predominantly in the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries, from feasibility study through to installation and commissioning.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing rugby, open water swimming, and spending time with his family.

Mark comes from a time served electrical maintenance engineering background with over 18 years experience in project design.
He has vast experience in designing and commissioning electrical, instrument and control systems across a wide range of industry sectors including chemical, paper, quarrying, particleboard, pharmaceutical, food and beverage.
Through his career Mark has obtained extensive explosive atmosphere and functional safety design experience and is both a certified CompEx Ex12 designer and TUV functional safety professional.
Outside of work Mark enjoys playing golf and spending time with family.
